Darin Edgmon has been part of our flight operations team since December 2023. From his education in aviation of unmanned air systems to his years in business management, Darin has a passion for aviation and relationship-building. He earned his private pilot license and developed a love for flying and imagery from the sky. Through these attributes, he cultivated a passion for the management side of aviation and turned that into an operations role. Darin’s years of management and aircraft experience cultivated a hardworking, communication-forward ideology. Even though he has a passion for flying and aviation, he values time with his family above all. In an operations role, he marries the two: being in the aviation field while still being home with his growing family every night. 

Darin’s favorite part of his job is creating an exciting team environment and challenging himself to find the most efficient solution while upholding the utmost quality customer service. With a passion to serve others, grow relationships, and execute day-to-day needs, Darin brings great experience and passion to our team.

As a new dad, Darin loves spending time with his one-year-old and wife. Experiencing all the firsts with his son and showing him the world has been his greatest joy. When he is not advancing his career or playing with his son, you can find him watching sports, especially football, and cooking meat in his smoker with all of his friends. His ideal weekend involves live music and sports, deep sea fishing, and boating at the lake.

Darin always desires learning new things to advance his knowledge and grow his skills while expanding his experience in the aviation world. In the future, he looks forward to learning more about the industry in an effort to amplify his skill set in customer care and quality experiences to set Foundation Aviation apart.
