Katie Grasso joined Foundation Aviation in January 2024 as Human Resources Generalist. From her background in operations, administration, design thinking facilitation, and human resources, Katie brings a passion for relationship-building, professional and individual growth, and strategic planning for business development and success. Coming from the tech industry, Katie looks for ways for Foundation Aviation to continue to improve, grow, and provide excellent service and experiences for our clients and employees.

On the personal side, Katie has been a long-time resident of North Orange County, where she raised her family and serves in her community. Her daughter lives and teaches SPED in Colorado, and her son is a student athlete. Her favorite pastimes are watching college water polo—especially if her son is playing—hiking, going to the beach, and spending time with family.
