Flight Operations Manager Shiloh Moore has been with Foundation Aviation since 2021. An MBA graduate specializing in management, Shiloh’s day-to-day operations include building relationships with new clients, coordinating pilot schedules, and meeting client needs.

Working directly with clients to manage charter operations is Shiloh’s favorite part of her job. She enjoys the challenge of addressing complex scheduling needs, accommodating client preferences, and crafting charter experiences that exceed expectations.

An Orange County native, Shiloh enjoys traveling with friends and family and spending time with her horses. She’s also passionate about fitness and embarking on outdoor adventures, especially skiing, a sport she competitively raced in for many years. 

Looking ahead, Shiloh plans to expand the Foundation Aviation client roster and cater to a wider variety of audiences.
